Shanna Brown

Shanna (Shay)’s practice encompasses business transactions and commercial real estate, assisting a wide range of clients from complex organizations to small businesses. In addition, she has litigated in various practice areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, mechanic's liens, and property damage cases. Shanna enjoys tackling complex legal questions and collaborating with her clients to find pragmatic solutions to their legal challenges.

Shay earned her law degree from the University of North Dakota in 2013, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as Managing Editor of the North Dakota Law Review. She also gained invaluable experience externing for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and clerking for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. 

In her spare time, Shay enjoys watching Major League Soccer, snowboarding, and hiking.
