Julia delivers efficiency and thoughtfulness in her practice by listening to her clients and understanding their optimal outcome.

Biography

Julia is a member in the litigation and employment groups. Julia represents businesses, municipalities, and individuals in all stages of the litigation process, including risk assessment, discovery, motions practice, and alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients, whether as a zealous advocate in litigation or trusted advisor on various risk management issues.

Julia also counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including issues related to employment contracts, non-competes, performance management, leave and disability laws, allegations of discrimination and harassment, independent contractors, wage and hour laws, traditional labor law, and workplace trainings and policies.

As part of her employment practice, Julia is a licensed Private Investigator. She conducts workplace investigations surrounding sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination based on race, age, and national origin, violations of workplace policies, and retaliation. In every investigation, Julia brings patience, empathy, and thoughtful analysis.

When not working, Julia enjoys playing tennis, exploring the Seattle food scene, and spending quality time with her husband, two sons, and two dogs in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
