Drew E. Pearsall is a Member of the firm’s litigation department. An ardent litigator with experience in both state and federal courts, Drew has trial, arbitration, and mediation experience in a broad range of matters including insurance coverage, real estate, professional liability, product liability, and construction. Drew enjoys representing clients in a diverse range of insurance coverage, real estate, construction, tort, and contract dispute matters and assists his clients with all facets of pending and active litigation while providing strategic guidance to find creative resolutions to complicated problems. While his focus is on insurance coverage disputes – representing both individual and corporate policyholders – he is also experienced in a wide range of real estate dispute issues, construction related claims, product liability cases, and environmental matters.
Drew received his B.A. from Whitman College in History and Rhetoric and was a member and captain of the Whitman College baseball team. He received his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law where he was a member of the Washington Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and served as one of its Notes and Comments Editors. Prior to joining Ogden Murphy Wallace, Drew worked at another civil litigation firm in Seattle, Washington and before that worked as a paralegal in a boutique law firm specializing in construction defect claims. Drew is admitted to practice in Washington and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Drew has called Washington home for the past 18 years and spends his time enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, fly-fishing, reading history, and spraying golf balls around courses throughout Washington.
