We wanted to alert you about recently released agency guidelines applicable to our Employment Law webinar.

New state guidance has been recently released regarding Paid Family Medical Leave (“PFML”) with regard to bereavement leave and regarding the ESSB 5761, wage and salary information disclosure requirements.

The guidance clarifies which family members bereavement leave can be used for and what information about benefits needs to be included in the salary disclosures.

The new guidance, and not the webinar materials, should be used for any policies employers plan to adopt to implement these laws.
We plan to update the webinar materials in the near future to reflect the agency guidance.
