Biography
Maddie is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice group. She works with hospitals, community health centers, and other clients across the industry on corporate and transactional matters of all types. Maddie also regularly advises clients on regulatory issues and emerging trends relevant to healthcare organizations and digital healthcare companies. Her areas of focus include health information privacy and technology, FQHC compliance, community partnerships and affiliations, Washington charity care law, and Washington certificate of need law.
Before joining Ogden Murphy Wallace, Maddie clerked for Judge Mary Kay Becker of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One.
