Biography
Doreen is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation group. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, and she has experience representing businesses and individuals in breach of contract disputes, product liability, real estate, and matters involving property rights. Doreen also has experience advising clients in connection with government investigations, including investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Office for Civil Rights. She works with clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and discovery through motion practice and appeal.
Doreen is admitted to practice in Washington in both Western and Eastern district. She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental & Innovation Law. She also completed a judicial externship to Justice Mary Yu of the Washington Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Doreen studied software engineering in Iran before moving to California and earning her B.S. in Fashion Merchandising, a path that reflects her combined analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
Outside of work, Doreen enjoys reading, traveling, and following developments in space exploration and artificial intelligence.
