The successful candidate for this junior role will be a self-starter who is committed to learning a variety of administrative and legal tasks, is proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines individually and for the client service teams. Some of the position responsibilities include:

  • Basic drafting and proofreading of various documents including agreements, letters, memos, etc.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and/or electronic files and case lists.
  • Handling general clerical tasks, including opening and closing files as directed.
  • Assisting with billing process.
  • Handling reception responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Business school and/or bachelor’s degree desired
  • Entry-level exposure to legal departments
  • Strong technological aptitude
  • Excellent writing skills

The compensation range for this non-exempt position is $48,000 to $53,000 a year. Other compensation includes an annual discretionary profit-sharing contribution and bonus consideration.
