Teresa’s practice covers a wide array of areas—broadly, her practice is constituted by estate and trust matters. More specifically, Teresa’s area of expertise includes estate planning, trust and estate litigation, probate and trust administration, vulnerable adult protection actions, federal tax, and charitable & tax-exempt organizations. Teresa engages in proactive estate planning, advising on gifts, wealth transfer, and inheritance.  She assists families in navigating disagreements and disputes, and when agreement cannot be reached, she handles the litigation needed to resolve trust and estate disputes. She is also experienced in working with nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining OMW, Teresa was a Principal at Foster Garvey PC.
