Joshua “Josh” is a member in the firm's Employment and Labor group. His practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis in employment law. He has represented public and private employers in employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation. Josh has investigated and successfully defended employers against claims of harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
When he is able to spare some free time, Josh enjoys basketball, snowboarding, golf and playing the guitar.
