Eliza works on behalf of her clients to help them navigate complex litigious situations and finds effective solutions and outcomes that align with the client’s expectations.
Eliza is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction litigation, healthcare and insurance law, product liability, employment law, environmental and natural resource law, and real estate. Prior to joining Ogden Murphy Wallace, Eliza practiced at a Seattle-based boutique family law firm where she gained trial, arbitration, and mediation experience in a range of matters. Before that, Eliza clerked for Judge David S. Mann of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One, where she worked on a broad array of civil and criminal cases.
Eliza received her B.A. from Oregon State University and graduated from Seattle University School of Law. During law school she served as the National Competition Chair of the Moot Court Board and received the National Order of the Barristers for competing in several regional moot court and mediation competitions.
