Dan is an experienced litigator who focuses on trust and estates litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and complex commercial litigation.
A skilled attorney with experience in many industries, Dan is a Member of the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice primarily focuses on trust & estates litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and complex commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in both Washington and California.
Prior to joining OMW, Dan was a Principal at Foster Garvey PC.
Dan earned his J.D. from University of California Davis School of Law and his B.A. from University of Oregon with a major in Philosophy. In law school, Dan was an articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif, and a member of the Feminist Forum.
