Andrew can integrate technical, business, and legal issues into an overall strategy to find solutions to environmental and regulatory problems facing his clients.

Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on environmental and natural resource matters including regulation and litigation arising under the Clean Water Act (CWA); Clean Air Act (CAA); Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); and analogous state laws.

With a strong environmental science background, Andrew understands complex scientific issues. Prior to entering the legal profession, he received his undergraduate degree in environmental science, was the Executive Notes & Comments Co-Editor for the Washington Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, worked as a biological aide for the U.S. Forest Service, and worked as a staff member for then U.S. Representative Jay Inslee. This experience working in various federal positions enhances Andrew’s ability to serve our clients – he can integrate technical, business and legal issues into an overall strategy to find solutions to environmental and regulatory problems facing our clients.

Andrew represents municipal, tribal, and private clients in a range of land use and environmental matters, including multi-party Superfund sites. In addition, he assists Indian tribes with the development and implementation of their Tribal Environmental Programs.

Andrew received a B.S. & B.A. from The Evergreen State College, a Certificate in Environmental Law and Regulation from University of Washington and his J.D., Environmental Law Concentration, from University of Washington School of Law.
