Network Administrator 

Ogden Murphy Wallace is seeking a full-time Network Administrator. Applicants should understand and have experience supporting Citrix, Windows 10, Office 365, Office desktop applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, and document and matter management systems. Important qualities include strong systems knowledge and experience, customer service, and communication skills. Applicants should also have experience in the legal or professional services industry and knowledge of security and information management best practices. The Network Administrator is part of the IT Department and reports to the Director of IT. This position is full-time and designated as non-exempt from overtime. Standard workdays are Monday through Friday and may require some afterhours on-call user support and weekend maintenance efforts. Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course of study or equivalent work experience required and excellent oral and written communication skills. Applicant must have an ability to explain technical problems in language individual users understand and to identify the root cause of technical problems based on users' descriptions. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support
  • Azure Conditional Access, Microsoft LAPS, SIEM, Umbrella, Citrix DAAS/AVD
  • Creating and managing systems documentation

The compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $94,000 a year. Other compensation includes an annual discretionary profit sharing contribution and bonus consideration.
