Administrative Assistant

Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. (OMW) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Seattle office. This role will provide support to firm directors related to human resources, general business operations, and marketing. Responsibilities for the position include assisting with scheduling meetings, interviews, and events; drafting and proofreading documents and correspondence; and under direct supervision, maintaining website content, administering employee benefits, recruiting, processing employee changes, preparing compliance reports, and providing general administrative tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and must have an aptitude and ease in learning new technology. Candidates must be customer service focused, possess excellent communication etiquette and interpersonal skills, have the ability to manage multiple priorities, and be proficient in the use of MS Office products. An interest in Human Resources is a plus.

OMW offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan, paid time off, ten paid holidays per year, paid family leave, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $56,000 a year. Other compensation includes an annual discretionary profit-sharing contribution and bonus consideration.
