Scott represents state and local governments, municipal entities, and their elected/appointed officials, both as a city attorney and as special counsel, on the full range of municipal issues, including public law and procedure; ethics compliance and elections; constitutional and intergovernmental matters; management and operational issues; policy and strategy questions; and related litigation. He serves as City or Town Attorney to Mill Creek, Medina and Yarrow Point.

Scott also represents land owners, businesses and individuals on all aspects of land use and development law and real estate, including sale and acquisition; complex redevelopment; permitting, entitlements and enforcement actions; environmental characteristics and hazardous waste regulations; and administrative hearings, trials and appeals.
