Jessica’s approach combines understanding her client’s goals and objectives with an experienced and tactical approach to resolving litigious issues.

Biography

Jessica is a Member and immediate past Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and an experienced litigator with a local and national practice. Jessica’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and products liability. Jessica’s practice includes serving as national counsel for various clients, allowing her the opportunity to practice in state and federal courts in a number of jurisdictions. Jessica enjoys working collaboratively with her clients, whether as a zealous advocate in litigation or trusted advisor on various risk management issues

Jessica serves as national counsel for several product manufacturers, including medical device manufacturers. In her capacity as national counsel, Jessica manages her clients’ national and international litigation, allowing for the opportunity to practice in both state and federal court in a number of jurisdictions. Jessica also acts as regional defense counsel for a variety of product manufactures.

Jessica was awarded the Butch Blum Award of Excellence in 2004 and was named to the Washington Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in 2005-2009, 2011 and 2012.

Jessica received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Washington in 1996 and her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 1999, where she was a Comments Editor of the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal.
