Greg A. Rubstello has been a Member Attorney of Ogden Murphy Wallace for the past fifteen years.  Greg’s practice is limited to the representation of municipalities in all aspects of the operations of local governments. Greg has extensive experience advising and assisting public officers, officials and employees on matters relating to legislation, the regulation of land use and business activity, environmental issues, contracting, taxation, public employment and real estate sale and acquisition, including eminent domain.   Greg is admitted to practice in all State of Washington courts, the United States District Courts for both Western and Eastern Washington, the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining Ogden Murphy Wallace in 1995, Greg served for fourteen years as the in-house City Attorney for the City of Pasco. While at the firm, Greg has served as City Attorney for the cities of Bothell, Carnation, Lynnwood, Woodinville, Milton and Clyde Hill.

Greg is a Past President of the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys (WSAMA).

Greg was born in 1949 in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1972 with a B.A. in History and received his J.D. from the Loyola University School of Law (New Orleans, LA) in 1975.
