Our municipal attorneys are experienced in the formation of special purpose entities and districts, including fire protection, water and sewer, public utilities, irrigation, cemetery, transit and public facilities districts.  We counsel our municipal clients during all phases of forming a special purpose district.  We guide our clients through initial hearings to determine need and feasibility, the election process if needed, and the establishment of governance for newly formed special districts.  In addition, our land use attorneys can assist during the SEPA review process to which all proposed special districts are subject.
