The Public Employment Group at Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. was established to assist our municipal and public entity clients meet obligations and expectations as public employers in the face of ever-changing federal and state laws regulating employment relationships.

Our attorneys address personnel and labor issues relating to all areas of public employment.  We represent municipalities and other public entities in Public Employment Relations Commission proceedings, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, and defense of employment-related litigation, such as discrimination and wrongful discharge.
