For nearly 20 years, Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. has provided agribusiness clients with legal representation ranging from advice on the structure of the ownership of the organization to complex issues involving boundary disputes, toxic and hazardous substances, liability exposure and water rights. Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. has also represented farmers, warehouseman and suppliers of products and services in a number of crop damage cases.

Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. offers special emphasis in pursuing claims under the Perishable Agricultural Commodity Act (PACA). The firm has successfully pursued claims under PACA in both state courts and federal bankruptcy courts.

Utilizing our tax expertise, international transaction experience and international contacts, we counsel clients regarding import and export issues. To implement effective tax planning strategies, we prepare and administer appropriate corporate structures, including foreign sales corporations.

We have also served as counsel to both lenders and borrowers in establishing financing programs with agri-businesses, negotiating financial restructuring, and in enforcement of the lender’s or borrower’s rights in the event of default.
