Mr. Varnes oversees all operational aspects of the law firm, including Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Facilities Management. He also works with the Members to develop marketing and strategic planning initiatives.

 

Mr. Varnes has twelve years experience in the legal field, having served in a variety of business development and financial positions over the years. .

 

Mr. Varnes received his undergraduate degree With Distinction from the University of Washington, and his MBA in Finance from the University of Washington in 2004.  He lives with his wife and two children in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.  He grew up in Colfax, Washington.
