Robert A. Kiesz, a member in the Wenatchee office, acts as general counsel and legal advisor to clients in Central and Eastern Washington, focusing on the areas of business and property transactions, credit and banking law, receiverships, real property, estate planning and probate, and general business. Mr. Kiesz’ practice includes complex transactions in areas such as credit, sales, mergers and acquisitions and the transitioning of businesses and estates between generations. His practice also includes providing more routine business matters, such as entity formation, dispute resolution, employment, sales, and credit. Mr. Kiesz is a member of the Business Law, Real Property Probate and Trust, and Creditor/Debtor sections of the Washington State Bar Association, the Real Property Probate and Trust section of the American Bar Association and he is a member and past president of the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association. Mr. Kiesz was born in 1944 in Ontario, Oregon. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Oregon in 1966 and obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon in 1971. |
