Zach Lell is a member in the firm’s Municipal department. His practice includes all areas of municipal law, including litigation, land use, public records, governance and public contracting matters. Mr. Lell is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (Environmental and Land Use Law Section) and Phi Beta Kappa. Born in Juneau, Alaska, Mr. Lell received his B.S., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 1994 and earned his J.D. in 1998 from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Washington Law Review. After graduating from law school, Mr. Lell served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Warren W. Matthews of the Alaska Supreme Court. |
