Phil Olbrechts, a Member in the firm’s Municipal practice area, focuses his practice in land use law. Mr. Olbrechts provides specialized land use services for several municipalities and various private applicants.  He also serves as the Hearing Examiner for several municipalities.

Mr. Olbrechts teaches a graduate land use course at the University of Washington and makes about thirty presentations per year to jurisdictions throughout the state on land use issues for the Washington State Office of Community Development.

Mr. Olbrechts is a 1989 Honors graduate of Seattle University School of Law.
