Jaime Drozd Allen is a member in the firm’s litigation department. Ms. Allen received a B.A. in History and Political Science in 1998 from the University of California, San Diego. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law in 2001, where she was a note editor of the Boston University Law Review. Prior to joining Ogden Murphy Wallace, Ms. Allen was an associate in the litigation department at a large law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ms. Allen has represented corporations in general business and commercial disputes. She also has experience representing drug companies in products liability actions, including multi-party class action litigation. In addition, Ms. Allen has experience handling litigation matters involving trademark infringement, patent infringement, Antitrust, unfair trade practices, technology-based and computer litigation, consumer protection, as well as a variety of white collar and general felony criminal matters.
Ms. Allen is the co-author of a chapter on lender liability in Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publication entitled Business Torts in Massachusetts and the author of the following articles in the King County Bar Bulletin:
