Elana R. Zana is an associate in the firm’s Business practice area, where she focuses her practice on general business, corporate matters, and healthcare.

 

Ms. Zana, a Seattle native, received a B.A. in Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Washington. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2007, where she served as Business & Marketing Editor of the Seattle University Law Review.  During law school, Ms. Zana also externed for Judge Zilly in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. 

 

Ms. Zana  is a member of the Washington State Society of Healthcare Attorneys, American Health Lawyers Association, and Washington State Bar Association. Ms. Zana enjoys pilates, cooking, and entertaining.
